NCC/Scout & Guides
At PM SHRI KV Chittaranjan, the NCC (National Cadet Corps) and Scout and Guide programs play a crucial role in shaping students’ character, leadership skills, and sense of social responsibility. The NCC program instills discipline, national pride, and a spirit of service among students. Through activities such as drills, camps, and community service, NCC cadets develop physical fitness, leadership qualities, and an understanding of defense-related aspects, preparing them to be responsible citizens and leaders of tomorrow.
The Scout and Guide program further strengthens these values by focusing on teamwork, self-reliance, and community service. Scouts and Guides engage in a variety of activities like nature walks, problem-solving challenges, and social outreach, which promote environmental awareness, life skills, and a spirit of adventure. Both programs encourage students to become active participants in the growth of their communities, fostering a sense of responsibility and citizenship while also preparing them for future leadership roles.
